Months Before Ethiopian Crash Boeing Turned Aside Carrier’s Questions
And so the downfall of America’s once greatest manufacturing company, if not the world’s greatest…continues!!! Sometime in the not-too-distant future, it may also become known as America’s greatest corporate fraud!
Ethiopian Airlines appeared to foresee the deadly confusion its pilots would face if flawed software in the Boeing 737 Max failed. Boeing chose not to provide the guidance that the carrier was seeking.

Newly released documents show Boeing ignored company questions months before Ethiopia crash
udge Reed O’Connor of the U.S. Federal District Court in Fort Worth, Texas, has scheduled a hearing for Friday, October 11, at 9 a.m. to hear objections to a plea deal proposed by relatives of victims in the criminal case against Boeing, referring to the two accidents with the 737 MAX8 that resulted in the death of 346 people.
Objections to the plea deal made by the families were reinforced by a story published today in The New York Times, which reported that in late 2018, before the second accident in Ethiopia, executives at Boeing refused to respond to an email from the chief pilot of Ethiopian Airlines, which questioned the activation of the new flight control system, MCAS, an issue that would result in the crash of ET Flight 302 months later.
Reporters noted that the emails were not made available to U.S. congressional investigators. The New York Times, in turn, relying on information the families kept confidential from Justice O’Connor, reported that aviation experts said the lack of information may have contributed to the pilots’ failure to avoid a fatal dive after the flight control system failed.
Furthermore, the emails contrast with the initial efforts of Boeing to attribute part of the blame to pilot error in the Ethiopian accident, mentioning that the company brushed aside questions from the carrier months before the incident.
After the two accidents with the Boeing 737 MAX and the US Department of Justice investigation, Boeing entered into a Deferred Prosecution Agreement (DPA) in January 2021 in response to an FAA fraud charge. However, the DOJ revealed that Boeing failed to live up to the agreement by failing to reinforce its safety protocols, citing a panel explosion on Alaska Airlines in January 2024 as an example of their negligence.
In July, the Boeing agreed to plead guilty to conspiracy to defraud the FAA and proposed a plea agreement to Judge O’Connor. The victims’ families opposed the agreement, arguing that it fails to acknowledge the 346 deaths or adequately account for the Boeing for the consequences of their actions.
Lawyers for the families will ask Judge O’Connor on Friday to Boeing be held accountable. Several relatives of the victims, including some who traveled from other countries, are expected to appear at a hearing Friday at 9 a.m. in Federal District Court in Fort Worth, Texas.

U.S. Coast Guard Academy, in New London, Connecticut between 1988 and 2006, including the revelation of leaders who discouraged disclosure. Those cases do not include at least 42 more that have been identified as not having been properly investigated. That is not to mention new Pentagon published statistics showing student-reported assaults at West Point, the Naval Academy and the Air Force Academy.
So after all the accusations and denials, the truth is finally revealed about Bill Cosby’s lifetime of raping young women, who were unfortunate enough to cross his path. The answer as to how he got away with it for so long, lies in his skill of slipping a Methaquolone pill, otherwise known as a Quaalude, into a drink he would give them. It would render them helpless to escape his subsequent sexual assault. Of course, he had also built a persona of America’s Grandpa, that was the ultimate deception.I first heard about quaaludes (‘ludes) in college in the 60’s. Apparently, he did as well! The word was that if you could slip one into a girl’s drink, she would be more compliant than otherwise. The records show that Cosby had multiple prescriptions filled at least throughout the 70’s, then apparently, subsequently found other sources. It became his “MO” and many women his victim. But that game is over now, most likely for the duration of his life! As with most abusers, Cosby felt he had a way to evade the light from shining on what he was up to. He thought he was safe and would never get caught, but If accused, he could claim it was consensual. It is what all abusers think, regardless of the form that abuse takes, and sometimes it can work for a long while. But when the light finally does shine and reveals the truth, the rule is that the longer the perpetrator got away with their nasty deceptions, the deeper the hole they will have dug for themselves. Epstein escaped via suicide. I think they’ll be keeping a close eye on Bill!
